Yeah. You can call me Headley. All my friends do. There are too many Jon's(John's) in the world. If I were going to try to explain myself, I would say I am a "Both/And" kind of guy. Able to see multiple sides of things. Creative and administrative. Artsy and logistical. Right handed... Left footed.

 

​This duality has also been a part of who I have been in ministry since giving my life to Christ in 2007. While having led worship for years now, I also have a large background in production and tech. Being both a stage personality and a behind the scenes worshipper. This has made me passionate about helping church teams tear away the barrier between the stage and the booth. To me, it is not 2 teams it is "both/and".

But more than that, I love helping "church folk" get rooted deep in their faith and get them to live out their calling to reach lost people. Not just bring them to church.

In 2017, my wife, Shalerie, and I helped launch a brand new church plant in the Triangle of North Carolina. This birthed a new passion to church planting in my heart. I love seeing new outposts of the Kingdom popping up to reach lost people and develop true disciples of Jesus.

So my website and goals may feel chaotic at times. From church planting tools to worship covers. Production training to music writing. Design work to ministry nuggets. Hopefully you find something helpful and/or encouraging in all of it as you press forward to do the work Jesus has for you to do.
